First Cool is dedicated to developing and marketing any type of Air Conditioning and electrical equipment with high quality workmanship. Established in 1996, we have a philosophy of providing our customers with an unparalleled level of service. We believe in creating and maintaining long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers alike. First Cool continues to develop, operate and monitor our own quality control procedures.
These represent an important part of the daily operations of the company and have thus enabled us to provide our customers with excellent services in excess of 15 years. We believe that achieving customer satisfaction is, in part, attributed to the level of quality that our system of procedures dicates. These procedures are updated on a regular basis to keep up with the development of new products, the implementation of new technology or in-house production to clients’ specifications. We have therefore ensured that, as demand requires, written policies and checklists have been generated to cover all essential processes involved with the projects.
