These represent an important part of the daily operations of the company and have thus enabled us to provide our customers with excellent services in excess of 15 years. We believe that achieving customer satisfaction is, in part, attributed to the level of quality that our system of procedures dicates.
These procedures are updated on a regular basis to keep up with the development of new products, the implementation of new technology or in-house production to clients’ specifications. We have therefore ensured that, as demand requires, written policies and checklists have been generated to cover all essential processes involved with the projects.
